The founder story

Hi, I'm Keaton — a student at the University of Akron, and Zerrusen Automatism is the business I'm building while I'm still in school. I got into this work the way a lot of people do — by noticing a problem up close. Talking with agents around Akron, Cuyahoga Falls, and the surrounding area, I kept hearing the same thing in different words: "I know I'm losing leads because I can't follow up fast enough." "I don't have time to post every listing." "Invoicing is the part of my job I put off the longest."

None of that is a talent problem. It's a time problem. And it's exactly the kind of problem that well-built AI automation is good at solving — quietly, reliably, and without requiring an agent to become a software expert or hire a full-time assistant just to keep up.

So I built Zerrusen Automatism around four specific automations — The Hunter, The Closer, The Publisher, and The Accountant — each one aimed at a task that independent agents and small brokerages consistently told me was eating their time. Not a bloated all-in-one platform. Four sharp tools that do their jobs well.

Why Akron & Northeast Ohio

This is home. I'm building this business here, for the agents and small brokerages here, because I think local businesses deserve the same quality of automation that's usually reserved for big national teams with big budgets — without the enterprise price tag or the impersonal support line.
