The Deadline Keeper — SMS Consent
The Deadline Keeper is an internal transaction-deadline reminder tool used by Zerrusen Automatism. This page documents exactly how consent is collected before any automated text message reminder is sent, and how to opt out at any time.
How opt-in works
Before a phone number is enabled to receive deadline-reminder texts, the business owner must actively check a consent checkbox in the Deadline Keeper configuration screen. A phone number cannot receive SMS reminders unless that box has been checked — consent is affirmative and is never assumed from simply entering a phone number.
Message frequency
Message frequency depends on how many active real-estate transactions a business owner has open at a given time. Reminders are sent only for confirmed offer, inspection, financing, and closing deadlines — typically 0 to 4 messages per transaction.
Opt-out
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
